2013 - Kraftig rødvin - Druer: Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Lagret på træfade i 2 år, derefter lageret på flaske i 3 år. - Alkohol: 13% - Passer til oksekød og ost. Åbnes/dekanteres et par timer før den drikkes. Meget lille årsproduktionen på ca. 3000 flasker om året.

Area of production: Piave area.
Type of grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Method used: Late harvested grapes with a minimum natural alcohol level of 13°. On-skin fermentation with maceration over 15 – 17 days at a controlled temperature. Aged for two years: 24 months in large barrels followed by ageing in the bottle.

Organoleptical features
Colour: Deep ruby-red with grenade shading.
Perfume: Rich, intense, elegant. It releases aromas of cherries and wild berries, of sage and cloves, vanilla and a soft boisé typical of the barrique.
Taste: Decisive and tasty, with sweet and thick tannic flavours. Noticable the body, refined yet not too heavy by the tannin.
Aftertaste: Clean and balanced with a full pleasant feeling.
Food affinities: Excellent with traditional roasts and seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature: From 16°C. It is preferable if uncorked a few hours earlier.
